      8-5ish. Some yards follow this. Decent pay, if you are working inside. Offers over priced and essentially useless insurance.

      Cons

      Offers over priced and essentially useless insurance. Yard staff treated and paid like dogs. Unless you are the managers "favorite" you will end up rotting in the spot you are in. Well, this is how it is in my yard, YARD 144 Greer S.C.

      Pros

      Innovative, fast paced, and friendly environment along with work life balance. If you are smart and technically sound you will soon be acknowledged and will make your way ahead.

      Cons

      Product requirements and delivery dates don't always allow for perfect engineering practices. Pay could be better as well as benefits. The work environment also needed an upgrade such as gym facilities and work spaces.

      If you enter that place with an open mind you'll understand and it'll lead you to many other opportunities in life.

      Cons

      Worst place to work at. Heavy call center with calls from all over the world. Bad training from managers/leads. They except you to handle a high volume call center and attend people at the counter all at the same time. No headsets at least given at a billion dollar company. I worked the year after hurricane sandy and their training was horrible. They wanted me to mail out titles. Answer calls and attend to people at the counters all at once and meet deadlines. Pay wasn't good either.
