Location, Standup Desks, Parking, and Building.

Cons

Rude and extreamly unprofessional Managers. Overworked and Stressed out on a regular basis. Unreasonable project deadlines. No consideration whatsoever for the associates work /life balance.

Fast Paced Great environment to learn and grow if you are just starting.

Cons

Life in most facilities are super stressful, because the company operates on a tight staffing model. Management pays lip service to valuing its employees. Disconnect between corporate management and field operations. Scapegoating of field operation managers when things don't go as planned.
