      1 hour lunch break and weekends off

      Cons

      Super Rude and Racist Management! All day long complaining no matter how hard you work, favoritism, write ups for the most craziest stuff, very nasty break room, expensive health insurance, to much work for the pay!

      If you enter that place with an open mind you'll understand and it'll lead you to many other opportunities in life.

      Cons

      Worst place to work at. Heavy call center with calls from all over the world. Bad training from managers/leads. They except you to handle a high volume call center and attend people at the counter all at the same time. No headsets at least given at a billion dollar company. I worked the year after hurricane sandy and their training was horrible. They wanted me to mail out titles. Answer calls and attend to people at the counters all at once and meet deadlines. Pay wasn't good either.

      Pros

      Awesome management team in Hawaii. Constant work. Zero micromanaging or anyone looking over your shoulder. Overall good company to work for.

      Cons

      The pay is slightly lower than it should be considering the cost of living in Hawaii, as well as the hot working conditions. Benefits are so expensive you would be wise to shop the health insurance marketplace.
