      Pros

      The best part are some of my coworkers are a hoot to work with and the customers can be the sweetest at times.

      Cons

      Where do I start, there is so much seperation between the workers and management, its crazy. All they push is the call quota. They pick on you for the most pettiest things. They want you to be able to do it all but do not want to supplement you with the right pay grade. I could go on..

      always something to do, decent pay

      Cons

      Management does not take care of issues that are brought up by employees. Management will cover another managers behind even if they are clearly in the wrong.

      Culture, professional, intelligent staff. Great place to work! Able to collaborate with innovative minds and creativity.

      Cons

      Benefits could have been more competitive. The year long wait to take a vacation was a tough one. There are only 6 paid holidays.
