Pros

Great learning experience Hands on job.

Cons

Long hours minimum 11 hours days Saturday's a must and obviously managers don't get paid. No bonus Benefits are the same as a regular employee 3% raises maximum 5 but it takes an act of God to get it. If your part of the CAT team be ready to get harassed by your manager. If you managed 12 employees or 24 you get paid the same and to get a second supervisor it takes another act of God. Audits are only to demoralized managers and if you get a bad score be careful because it affects everyone's pocket. Internet and phones are horrible . Last but worst Alarm calls yes you will be security for the company, while everyone's home sleeping at 2 am you'll be out checking your facility for nothing extra only but your mileage and be ready to work at 8am. And again NO BONUS.

After reading your post, I recognized that you noted that you are a current employee and I appreciate you taking the time to voice your frustration. I would, however, like to attempt to speak to a number of the things you mention. First, like most employers, Copart desires to be able to offer our employees regular wage increases and conducts market studies to ensure that our increases are in line with other companies in the markets in which we operate. If you have received negative pushback from a manager about your interest in serving on our Catastrophe team ("CAT") I would encourage you to reach out to your Regional Manager, Regional VP, or Regional HR Manager to make them aware. We look to our employee base for volunteers for this annual commitment and see it as a great career-building opportunity for those who qualify. With regard to your comments about being asked to act in an unprofessional/unethical manner, if you believe a member of the Copart team is acting in an inappropriate manner and in violation of our company policies and procedures, I strongly encourage you to contact your Regional VP, your Regional HR Manager, or me to provide more details. ACTING WITH INTEGRITY is not just a slogan for a poster on the wall at Copart--it is something we value and and we take these issues extremely seriously. Please feel free to reach out to me directly, either by email at rory.seidens@copart.com or via phone at 972-391-5185 if you would like to discuss your concerns further. Pros

Copart offers their employees the best opportunities available! As with any job, it is what you make it. You need to have drive and have 0initiative. The 401k incentives are amazing and health benefits cannot be beat. You need to work hard and prove yourself and the company will provide any opportunity that they have available to you. I cannot wait to be to work everyday. I love the team I work with!

Cons

No cons. I work hard, my GM and team is amazing!

Pros

A good solid company that should stay in business

Cons

Yard levels have too much drama and backstabbing. The ones who speak Spanish will form cliques and talk trash about everyone.
