      Great benefits are offered to employee. The environment is competitive and fast-paced but there is a sense of unity within the company. A large variety of business is conducted throughout the organization which allows employees to move into different positions. The company also has several different locations and prefers to promote from within.

      Cons

      The fast-paced environment is not conducive to those who are looking for an laid back job.

      Pros

      Fast paced, ever changing, diverse, many advancement oppurtunities.

      Cons

      Understaffed, training is not as in depth as it could be. The tools are there, just need to allow employees more time to use them. However the constant flow of work makes it almost impossible.
