Thanks for your post. I wanted to respond to your comment about there being no management training as we have been investing a fair amount in the training of managers, supervisors, and manager trainees and recognize that doing so is necessary to equip our managers with the tools to lead their teams. We do, however, empower employees to seek solutions as well. I'm sorry that you've decided to not recommend Copart and am unclear as to your particular situation due to the limited information provided in your post.
