      Fast pace, dynamic, high revenue, company likes to promote from within, weak performers are revealed quickly.

      Cons

      High demand from customers/users. Customers/User are nearly all facets of the business. The facility and staff have to accommodate the needs of vehicle owners, estimators, adjusters, sellers, and buys to name a few. All of these entities have equal prioritization, but some have more immediate sway or influence on issue escalation.
