      Supervisor controls the atmosphere- negativity

      Pros

      The buyers are a great bunch of people when you take the time to know them. Be personable and friendly. I enjoyed my time there when the management was good and reliable. Negativity equal nothing but low productivity.

      Cons

      The supervisors have a horrible attitude which cause the high turnovers in employees in Sac offices. Respect for the employees there now and those coming in depend on it. If you do not like your employees, how do you expect 100% dedication.

      I had such a bad experience. They did not train or communicate with me.

      Cons

      The management was terrible, and the coworkers were rude. They did not train. Once someone was hired, they would do whatever they could to ensure they would not succeed.
