Pros

Business model is a money machine. They print money. So much they waste it

Cons

Low pay. Seven paid holidays. No leadership. Everybody is so new, nobody knows how things work. Basically a bunch of people running around with no direction. Technology is from the 1980's. Management is from the 19th century.

Good company but internal issues

Pros

Benefits are pretty good. Most team members are a pleasure to work with. Company is growing and is financially savvy.

Cons

IT department does not represent company values. Seems like American's are terminated for no valid reason and an H1B visa holder is given their position. Constructive criticism is stated that it is welcome, while in reality you are black listed. Individuals subtly threaten by IT management. New CIO and his staff bring in their own folks which really do not have the skills to be involved in a business the size of Copart. IT employees are working but very fearful of losing their job at a moment's notice.

Pros

Very few if any. Really any. Unless you're Indian born and have all opportunities because of your skin colour.

Cons

Racist environment. Only Indians have an opportunity. If you white or black this is not a company for you. Well they are not going to hire you, just forget about applying. White and black employees have been placed in positions where their only option is to quit.
