Plenty of room for advancement, and very demanding with regards to what they require of employees.

Poor customer service, hard to navigate their website, they are honest, but their policies appear deceiving to public buyers who do not understand the salvage industry.

Short commute for North Bay employees - Most of whom are being let go soon. Rarely have to work overtime

Cons

Top management has sold out its Bay Area empoyees who built this company from scratch. Move to Dallas is politically motivated; took advantage of tax breaks in Faifield until they expired. Future of the company focuses on outsourcing and relying on H1B Visa employees.
