Pros

Weekends and Holidays off and 8 to 5 monday to friday, but they are getting ready to change that so they can make it easier on the truck drivers.

Cons

Does not seem that they know what they are doing except to audit you and beat you up over anything that is not 100%. Nobody but management has any idea of what is important any more. When Willis was around he made it a family type atmosphere. Now it is dog eat dog.

Not a very good place to work.

Pros

Really good co-workers, made friends for life. Stock option purchase plan is good and it is a financially strong company.

Cons

For engineering or TSS related jobs: Upper Management doesn't respect employees and does not reward or recognize them for going beyond expectations. The pay is below Bay Area standards - this company is a money making machine and doesn't pay the employees well. Now that the economy and jobs seem to be picking up, good people are leaving the company.

Pros

Before they sold the building, it was a great place to work. Ever since Willis left, it's lost it's sole. Willis made it a family and made people feel important. Cancelling the holiday party, replacing it with a lunch showed that it was all about money. Getting a severance check as a reward for staying until my last day was the only positive thing that's happened in the last 3 years.

Cons

They are getting rid of all the talent so the ones left can move to Dallas the cheapest way possible. The president's expression "you're dead to me" if you're one of the people designated as leaving says it all. It's like seeing the walking dead going to work. Leaving was the best thing that could have happened to me.
