It is a toxic environment. They keep unrealistic scores to attain If you say no to anything they will issue PIP and terminate you. There is no job security. There is no work life balance. They demotivate & yell in front of others You need maintain 97 or 98 /100 on daily basis if not they will issue PIP and terminate you They treat employees and team leaders as trash They will drain you and stress without lack of planning. HR team doesn't even care what is happening They use profanity on the floor
