Poor leadership. No communication. Constant bullying from upper management. Demanded overtime to fix problems, yet never fixed the problem. Always putting out fires instead of finding the root cause and eliminating the issues. No room for advancement unless you were buddies with someone higher up.

Long hours, mandatory weekends for weeks on end. Little to no training below the AGM level. Staffing at yard very thin. No recognition from upper management, not even a thank you, no matter what you do or how hard you work. No support from management even when you have done as you were directed. Unless you are on the CAT team, you are expendable and easily replaced.
