Company claims to have great values and mission. And they are great indeed ... on a poster. Be the owner!

Cons

Company pays well to those in finance, the rest are a below average compared to our companies out there. Oh, and by the way, what is a 'bonus' again? The benefits are not that great at all. Do you actually compare that with other employers in the DFW?

Pros

Decent starting pay depending on your experience and position. You get to see and sometimes drive all types of vehicles and motorcycles. Working with your hands. Monday through Friday only.

Cons

If there are not enough people at your yard, like mine, the workload gets massive and it doubles in the winter. Management expects too much to be done with such a small amount of people. Office and yard workers don't see eye to eye, making your job extremely harder. High turnover rate.
