Fast paced, Great culture

Pros

Copart is a fast paced environment. You look up at the clock after what feels like an hour and it is already 2pm. It keeps you focused, and productive. I personally enjoy that, but if you like to kick back, Copart is not for you. The employees and the management team work together to create a great work culture, and there are rarely any negative feelings internally. Competitions, company potlucks, weekly recognition all keep everyone motivated.

Cons

Copart's motto seems to be "Do more with less". It is getting tougher and tougher to keep talent as people are starting to feel overworked and overused. While they are creating efficiency with new technology, there is a limit to creating efficiency, and a point where more people is the answer.

Pros

Benefits, work hours, occasional provided lunch, family fun day

Cons

Management sucks, they show racial favoritism and will fire you for no valid reason at all. Too many Indians and not enough chiefs, everyone likes to boss eachother around and bully you. Title unit is full of messy and trifling old bitter females that all talk about each other behind their backs, stressful and unsanitary, roaches falling from the ceiling, and rats in filing drawers, they pick on you for the most pettiest things and most of the time it's things that management gets away with, under paid and constant criticism and hr is hard to reach concerning issues....don't waste your time here, it's not worth the stress and headache!

Make a decision

Pros

The main 'pro' of Copart is that it is a Monday through Friday job. The second 'pro' is that corporate 'acts' like they care about employees.

Cons

The major 'cons' of Copart are the unrealistic time frames that are required by the company to complete tasks. Everything at Copart is timed down to the minute and the phone calls and computer never stops letting you know that you are out of time.
