      Assistant General Manager Program is a holding cell

      Pros

      No traffic because locations are usually off the beaten path.

      Cons

      They basically hire people with promises of promoting them to general manager. It seems like a great idea until you're hired and realize that there are about 20 people ahead of you who have been waiting in line to be assigned general manager of their own facility. Negotiate a great salary upfront because you will be stuck with it in that dead end position for a very long time. Half of the people ahead of you will resign (high turnover) but there aren't enough facilities even with that being the case. Don't fall for the "Oh we're really growing" line. It's a trap for cheap labor, and long hours without having to pay you any overtime. REALLY LONG HOURS!

      Pros

      Loved the flexible working hours and being able to come early if I had. Starting accruing vacation time after 3 months

      Cons

      poor management. Played favorites a lot. Interesting working environment. And the things that gets me is when I got fired I did not get all my personal stuff from my desk because they refused to let me grab my own stuff

      IT department has no morals on hiring and firing

      Pros

      Not many though they can throw a good Christmas party. Pay was not bad Struggled to find many good points to write.

      Cons

      The company has hired many during the period I was there and they have fired many with no notice and no fare pay. This company has a CIO that promotes from his last company and his practices seem to favor Indians. The turnover in the IT department has been abnormally high and the HR Dept has to work hard to compensate for many of the failings. Poor vacation policy in first year
