Pros

None. Period. Unless you're ok with ripping people off.

Cons

Your soul feels dirty because you see all the ways they're ripping off customers. The audits are meant to get people fired so they don't last long. Save yourself the trouble and don't try. I was interviewing for scheduling, only to find out they tricked me and 1st day of training was a welcome to the CSR job. I wish I would have walked.
