It was a great opportunity to learn. Working front-facing with a variety of customers has been an incredibly enriching experience. Each interaction provided unique insights and challenges, fostering both personal and professional growth. The diversity of customer needs and personalities taught me the importance of adaptability and effective communication.

Cons

At the time there was a lot of favoritism, poor management, very low compensation, and poor distribution of workload.

40hrs a week. Just about every weekend off. People are cool.

Cons

Company changes policies and procedures all the time. Benefits are there but not great. Bonuses are for GM only.
