      Pros

      Health insurance and pto is the only decent thing about copart

      Cons

      Unfair pay for what they expect you to accomplish. Oh and don't hit 50 Cars completed in a day like me or they will always be throwing you more and more without a raise . They don't pay for boots which is part of your uniform and you will go through many pairs
