Used to be a good company

Pros

9-3 core hours. 3 days in office now mandatory, free coffee

Cons

Outdated company, running on extension cords, duck tape and bailing wire. Staff, leaders, sales and assembly line workers leaving weekly. No leader involvement. Leader is clueless. No bonus of any worth. Tax write off for Black Stone. No career path with this company. Gen Z hired to run as managers with zero experience and think AI can fix all issues. Caution, look elsewhere for a career.
