Great potential, questionable execution

Pros

Control products sold from the location are crucial to food retail and food safety across the globe. The work there is meaningful and has purpose.

Cons

Many changes have been going on within the organization's structure since Emerson spun them off to private equity. Uncertainty exists in the long term direction and success of Copeland and the location. Salaries are barely competitive and could be better. Responsibilties from former employees are delagated to others when positions are not be backfilled. This potentially burns employees out with increased workloads. How well corporate knows the location's businness can be questionable.
