Pros

- remote - flexible time off

Cons

- Below average benefits compared to other telehealth companies - Poor leadership from the CEO all the way down to management - There is an HR person, but she must have forgotten the "human" in human resources - They outsource their front-end web development, and if you go to the website - it looks like it's from the early 2000s - No compensation or review structure - They want to attract talent from top companies but have nothing to offer - It's a for-profit company, period. There is no empathy, culture, or investment in employees. They want to sell the company and make the founder richer.

They provide equipment needed. Benefits available.

Cons

Favoritism. Management not readily available if needed. Also managers consistently going on vacations together for “leadership/management retreats”. No proper protocols in place High caseload. Unrealistic expectations. It felt scammy and these elderly patients were not receiving the care that was presented and promised upon the initial sign up.
