Seems great at first, keeps getting worse

Cons

Promised unlimited/flexible Pto which they continue to decrease and create more restrictions. Increased about of work without the compensation. You will not practice to the full expectant of your scope of NP license. You are disposable, no sense of loyalty, trust or recognition for providers.

Pros

Leaders truly value feedback and make an effort to implement changes when possible, which is refreshing. Managers are empowered to effectively lead their teams. Like many startups, there are some growing pains but their commitment to improvement and adaptability is clear. It’s exciting to be part of a workplace that listens to its employees and is continuously evolving. The focus is on providing excellent member care and making it a great place to work. Culture is great and nurses are appreciated. Leaders encourage work-life balance! Although it’s remote, you feel totally connected and have support from your peers if needed.

Cons

It’s a startup and it’s nursing. There is always going to be change. If you’re not flexible and adaptable, it’s probably not the place for you.

Met great co-workers who became friends via trauma bonding

Cons

Childish, unprofessional, narcissistic executive suite, morally bankrupt business model (preys upon vulnerable elderly patients and provides them with poor or no care for life-threatening conditions).
