Understaffed, changes occur frequently because it is a startup.
Being able to provide nursing services to an eager population. Educating members on HTN and DM remotely. Management from the top to the bottom are fair and supportive. They listen to any complaints or suggestions and actually implement the best ones. 5 day work week and all supplies provided to perform the job. Pay is decent as are the benefits. Team morale and work environment is top notch.
