Extremely Bad Management Basically no HR Department
Pros
Salary was fair. You could work remotely.
Cons
Worked as a triage nurse taking calls from injured workers in a 24/7 call center environment. The expectations were unrealistic and the stress was in-measurable. The calls came in one after another and you could not complete one call before taking another call. The QA was impossible to maintain with this hurried stressful environment, you are basically set up to fail. I would be totally exhausted physically and mentally after my shift. Nurses were expected to maintain licenses in all 50 states and DC. The company provided little support in obtaining and maintaining these licenses and expected the nurses to have massive out of pocket expenses. There is basically no human resources department. They keep it well hidden.
