In the 247 triage department the work expectation is unrealistic. Micromanaged continuously. Work 10 hours with only 30 min lunch break, two 15 min breaks, and scrutinized for bathroom breaks taking more than 3 min. Treated and talked to like children and not professionals. This job is anxiety producing to the max. Does not matter how good you do the job, they will find something wrong.

Toxic environment. Supervisors and management have no training for their job titles. They are abusive to the staff. They make up policy and rules as they go along. HR is no better in trying to get employee assistance. They don't get on the phone with you. Management has started timing bathroom breaks. 10 hour shifts with 30 min meal break and 2- 10 minute breaks that they assign you. Micro Manage every aspect of the job. Supervisors never pitch in when it's busy. They just harass you to take another call before you finish the one you are on.
