Other Employees, a great group to work with

Cons

Managers are a joke, they don't care about employees the managers tell you everyone is replaceable. During Covid they laid off essential people when everyone could have worked from home. Raises or promotion do not happen there. Benefits suck!

Management is understanding and nice. Team based. Solid benefits.

Cons

Management is a bit too understanding. Employees are allowed to get behind and in turn other employees have to make up for it. Raises don’t come on their own year after year. The workload can be too much at times and you don’t get overtime pay.
