If you are good at staying on task, communication, and learning things first try this is the place to do it.

Cons

*lack of communcation between departaments *Takes an extremely long amount of time for job change(took me 8 months of communcating with several departaments) *Awful training program *Selfish and Slow HR departament that never helps *Very unsupervised training regimen, where group knowledge is more important than your own. * Insufficient training for the actual job tasks

-Schedule is awesome! -Middle management/supervisors are approachable -Great entry level work and experience! -Coworkers are great!

Cons

-Little opportunities for promotions in the same departments, meaning you can get stuck in your career and loose out to inflation -They won't fire dead weight -Private equity skims off the top and has lowered standards and pay over the past two years, and have been making worse decisions then the previous owners
