Pros
Good coworkers (mostly), holiday pay, and good learning opportunities.
Cons
This is the part where I’ll be focusing. First off, abusers have been hired and are put in positions to where the victims are made really uncomfortable. Continuing on, there is a huge gap in equal opportunity for employees. People have tried applying here and never ONCE get a call back. Another issue is the terrible communication between management and operations. I can list more but the last issue I think is big is the fact HR does absolutely nothing to help protect employees unless it could damage their reputation or the company’s.
