Pros

No pros as the moment I wake up, I am overly anxious on what will be targeted at me today.

Cons

The cons are slammed in your face. All the time reviews are CLEARLY orchestrated by CGR. In fact, I have insight on the idea in which employees now are to provide 5 stars for additional incentives. If the company is so great, why skew the numbers? Management is treated FAR differently than the recruiters and those that are actually care about the work. Management cares…just do not care about your work/home life balance, breaks, conversing with others outside of your own team, their Christian beliefs clashing with issues such as sickness, and etc.

Pros

CGR has several standout qualities. I believe the CEO is genuinely committed to his employees' well-being, especially the recruiters, in contrast to many agencies that operate on a model demanding high output with minimal support, such as draw-against-commission structures. Additionally, many recruiters and support staff put in real effort to build a welcoming, collaborative environment that fosters a strong sense of camaraderie.

Cons

Unfortunately, these positives are overshadowed by a toxic culture. A select "core" is favored, often at the expense of more experienced recruiters who end up feeling marginalized. The company markets itself as a "Christian values" organization, but this often translates into an exclusionary environment where anyone who doesn’t share specific beliefs (i.e. mostly conservative Evangelical Protestant) — whether Catholic, Muslim, Jewish, or secular — feels out of place. This favoritism and lack of diversity foster an atmosphere of exclusion rather than inclusion. The company also has a high turnover rate, with constant layoffs, firings, and abrupt policy changes that create a chaotic and paranoid atmosphere. Stability is lacking, and new initiatives are regularly introduced only to be scrapped a few months later, making it hard for employees to feel secure or invested.
