      Short term fix as you look for long term career prospects.

      Cons

      The company’s management (both executive and mid level) thrive on deception, projecting camaraderie while exploiting employees….who are outside their favorites. What seems like a perfect organization hides a decayed “core”, creating one of the most toxic work environments seen. God centered may be their first value but this is anything but how this company operates. They truly are pirates, take and give nothing back.
