Pros

Discounted food that are usually overpriced at gas stations, SOME of the people.

Cons

Close to everything is a con, if your middle management you’ll be criticized, yelled at, belittled, gas lit, lied to, overworked by associates, leads and sometimes management. Leads and associates tell YOU what THEY are going to do and have much more freedom than the average work space. If they want to leave they leave, but they’ll leave messes and trash for you to clean up like you’re their parent. Leads can scream, yell, threaten to hit associates with machinery, walk out of the building when they feel “overwhelmed”, throw paperwork at you and somehow make you feel like your the problem. But then will brag how they get a higher paycheck then management because they “work overtime” yet most of them just sit around, goof off and do nothing productive. Management will give you the freedom to make changes to operations as you see fit, and then behind your back will readjust to better suit their own personal agenda. Management will have the audacity to promise you opportunities and advancements yet the minute you bring it up it’s always a “that’s not something we discussed” or will gas light you and say the discussion never took place. Management is also known for having promiscuous and flirtatious relations with associates, associates whom are often seen complaining, angry about their work, or just know they are able to manipulate others for their own benefit. Management has been known to HEAVILY FAVOR particular associates and provide others “mulligans” based off “certain scenarios” but if something of the matter were to happen to an unfavorable person, guess what, their getting points or being spoken to about their inadequacies and lack of performance in the work space.
