Pros

Great resources and tools provided by management for employees to fully perform satisfactory to the work environment. Management and co-workers have a good internal support system as long as you ask questions. Monthly 1 on 1 review with manager about job performances and job concerns. Great HR team to assist with benefit questions. Nice volume of workload will allow you to always be busy. Work environment has a good atmosphere. Competitive pay, great 401k plan, PTO plans will allow you to go negative vacation hours if you want to. Very good company ethics.
