Pros

The freedom to help customers the right way and help them get their stores as successful as possible. Great people to work with in the Core-Mark Team

Cons

As with all sales jobs customers can be tricky and as the “new guy” you have to take time to build up a positive relationship

Pros

Hours can be flexible, remote work available

Cons

Underpaid for the work you do - comparable positions at other companies pay on average $10,000-$15,000 more base plus more commission; management expects you to be on call 24/7, pour your life into the company; vacation is a joke - 3.5 hours per paycheck instead of a full set of vacation hours to use every year.
