Very disappointing on how management conducts their finances and attitude is very negative blaming their supervisors.
Pros
There are not many pros for management, but it is a union, so wages are high for drivers and warehouse staff. Lots of new personnel and opportunities in future if turn attitude around.
Cons
The company's finances and attitude is very negative and blaming it on overtime for drivers and warehouse. On a termination rampage now and management is not holding themselves accountable for the loss. Management is trying to fix the issues with disciplinary, threatening methods, not positive coaching, motivation or encouragement. Unfortunately when hired they expect you to change the problems in a week with no formal training at the location. The onboarding process is very demanding, not welcoming and you get a lot of information very fast for their warehouse operations and expected to go back and apply it. It is not the same operation and equipment is very poor, don't have proper computers or programs don't open up with poor internet service. Lack of training and support from managent is a big problem. Communication if the worst I ever experienced in many years of my supervisory experience. There is much work to be done here to get the operation up to a satisfactory level with compliance and customer service. The processes and procedures that were in place were shocking to say and sets you up to fail from get go.
