Pros

Salaries are competitive. Benefits are ok but not great. Management want to change and they are realizing about the importance of keeping happy employees. They recently created a social committee that organizes and plans events for finance employees. Great place if you like a challenge, a good place to learn. Ok opportunities for growth.

Cons

The razor-thing margins lead to strong focus on reducing costs in order to improve its gross profit which usually translate to small yearly salary increases (2.0%-5.0%) unless you get promoted.
