      Pros

      great pay, great people not bad at all for drivers . A bit unethical but not to everyone or me. Some people i have seen get somewhat bullied by insecure staff member in supervisory position. Very under handed practices by this individual. Look the other way or get fired.

      none-except for some petty stuff and general negativity from staff member with control issues.

      Pros

      co-workers whom have stuck around with no bonuses, no incentives, no back-bone to search for their own job.

      Cons

      100+ year old company, with similar policies, attitudes, and ages of management. Zero-training, high level of unprofessionaism, most manager/execs would not be hired at any other company due to lack of actual management skills. Moved on up to their positions by sticking around. Pay is sub-par. Penny-pincher with zero budget, running a bare-bones operation, while the incompetent execs and upper management collect salaries and stock options. You CANNOT put overtime even though you will work it, they will not pay.

      Pros

      The pay and benefits are great. You are out on the road delivering by yourself which makes life easier.

      Cons

      There is no training structure. There is no room for advancement. Equipment is often broken and not repaired. Favoritism runs rampant with middle management. No responsibility for mistakes taken by management. All safety bonuses were taken away. Communication is non-existent.
