Pros

Management mostly stays out of the way. The load quality is usually very good.

Cons

Management seems to be a revolving door. I don't actually know the name of my direct supervisor. I don't know if I have a direct supervisor. The pay scale is a per load thing instead of hourly, but it averages out to about $19/hr straight time.

Co- workers, health benefits. Weekends off(most of the time).

Cons

Everything else. If you have worked for any other company you will soon find out they are one the worst companies out there. You work all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years. The companies pays for little and expects you to pay any other misc-job related expenses. You work long hours(expect 10 hr) for the pay you receive is miniscule. Upper mgnt. couldn't give 2 craps about you. If you make a minor mistake, they expect you to fix it, even that requires you to drive 2 hours out of your way, rent a moving truck, or work on your days off. I am A LOT HEALTHER now if am gone . BEWARE!!

People are friendly; large company to work for, which is a plus for advancement. Company that is always striving to be the best.

Cons

The company lacks the training structure to coach and develop its staff within their districts; you are expected to perform, regardless, which is very frustrating, and discouraging. Hi turnover.
