      Pros

      Easy Job, can be fun, fast paced at time and then slow at other times.

      Cons

      Not flexible with weekends or holidays. Office open too long, too much responsibility on property and leasing managers. Not enough understanding from corporate.

We hope the responsibility that property managers and leasing managers experience helps them grow to the next level, though we do understand the importance we place on these roles may not be for everyone.

      Selling an excellent product that I truly believed in, a great team that has fun together but works hard to be the best in the product.

      Cons

      Can be demanding for a part-time job (if you're also a full-time student), you will need to plan ahead if you want to take time off.
