Pros
Core4ce has been a great move for me and my family. Our leadership and colleagues care for and support one another in many ways, both inside and outside of the office. We have a hybrid-friendly work culture that enables and trusts professionals to do their jobs, without imposing unnecessary constraints. Our leaders are accessible, approachable and responsive to their team's needs. It's been a great experience for me to come to a such a positive and supportive team.
Cons
Like any growing company, I've experienced some pains that I've had to work through. Sometimes processes don't work exactly how they've been defined and documented. Other times it seems that there are processes missing that shouldn't be. As Core4ce continues to grow, I have to remember that new opportunities come with new challenges that have to be addressed professionally and competently.
