Business Outlook
Pros
Honestly the best company I’ve worked for. Staff have all been incredibly friendly and helpful, fantastic salary and benefits, 6% 401k match, free peripherals including mouse, keyboard, and 27” monitor (possibly contract dependent). I have 0 complaints.
Cons
Again, possibly contract dependent - 11 paid holidays, whereas previous companies have offered multiple days for most holidays (ex 2 week disconnect from Christmas week-new year), and my main and only real con is “only” 2 weeks of paid paternity leave. My previous company offered 6 weeks so I may be biased to thinking this is low.
