      Very unprofessional management. Disrespectful and grown men acting like young teenagers Culture is disgusting. Childish behavior. Company is slow and unorganized

      Top heavy micromanaging

      Pros

      My day to day coworkers are great Base pay is very competitive

      Cons

      It seems as myself or any of my coworkers can not make any decision or take any action without first obtaining c-level approval. Benefits are lacking, which is why base pay is what it is (in my opinion)
