      Pros

      - Realistic corporate approach to managing a hybrid workforce - Communications with my project and program managers; the company's leaders are approachable and responsive to employee needs - Salary and benefits, benefit package continues to evolve to support employee needs. (Example: tutoring for children of employees!)

      Cons

      - Uncertain outlook on whether our customers will continue to support some level of telework after the pandemic ends. (The hybrid approach appears to be effective, hoping it becomes the new normal!)

      Recognized leaders and exciting potential

      Pros

      Core4ce is a newly established company with an impressive vision, highly recognized industry leaders, and a focus on becoming a destination employer. The company is people focused and is rolling out many programs focused on veterans groups, women in leadership, and increasing diversity. During their first year, they implemented a performance management program to provide feedback to their staff on their performance and advancement opportunities. Core4ce's leadership team is transparent and keeps their staff informed through quarterly All-Hands meets and regular news updates.

      Cons

      Core4ce is a new company experiencing infrastructure challenges, but they are quickly overcoming these to provide quality service to their customers and support and opportunities for their staff.

      Nepotism in leadership

      Pros

      Many projects so the company is doing well. We have the right President to lead the company. Nice people, good benefits, and remote work.

      Cons

      There is a lot of nepotism here that I have never seen in other jobs. Leadership is all related in some way and isn't very diverse.
