Starting to go down hill

Pros

Good low level management, immediate supervisors. Work life balance is pretty good as well. Benefits are decent

Cons

Senior management, a specific person in particular, likes to call company wide meetings and belittle/degrade employees. Threatened to install keyloggers due to a few people abusing the work from home situation. Senior management seems very abrasive and honestly that they just do not care about whether they retain employees or not.

The intent of the recent meeting you mentioned was to let our team know that customers are paying attention to productivity and expect timely responses from teleworkers. We are truly sorry if the message was delivered in a way that seemed uncaring of our employees, as that is completely at odds with the company culture we have built here at Core4ce. We are not planning to install keyloggers and encourage employees to reach out to their Program Managers or our Human Resources department with any concerns about remote work so that we can help everyone maintain a healthy work/life balance.

Company is developing a bad reputation

Pros

Company is constantly winning projects, good job stability

Cons

Very poor lower level leadership, Minimal communication, you may go weeks without any update from project managers. Very political back office, earning a very bad reputation with recruiting companies. Threatened to install key loggers in a company wide meeting due to a select few individuals not working diligently. Recruiting is almost non existent. People are doing performance reviews for employees they have never met.

We are constantly looking for ways to improve the employee experience and connect members of our team with the resources they need to be successful. We trust and empower our employees to work remotely and will continue to do so as long as our customers allow us the option. We are not planning to install keyloggers. We support an open dialogue around challenges with maintaining productivity while teleworking and encourage employees to reach out to their Program Managers or our Human Resources department so that we can provide support when needed. We are actively recruiting talented and motivated individuals to join the Core4ce team.

Pros

Impressive CEO and management team Strong, consistent, and responsive business infrastructure (HR, finance, accounting, etc) Proven ability to manage big projects and expand work scope Very good benefits and smaller-scale employee perks

Cons

Acquisition of Spinvi occurred while entire workforce was remote, so there has not been as much of an opportunity for unity/a true "merger" of multiple staffs yet.

As COVID restrictions begin to ease up (hopefully soon!!), our goal is to have more opportunities for in-person interactions in the future.
