      Pros

      Core4ce is a federal government contractor. Like most FGCs they live/die in 3 to 5 year contract cycles. Fortunately, they have positioned themselves well and have a good portfolio of work. More work, more opportunities, more job security. The work itself is also pretty diverse (data, infrastructure, virtualization, cloud, cyber, etc.). The leadership - the company has excellent leadership, vision, and is operationally more advanced than companies similarly sized. Having worked for a number of them, their operations are more mature. The executive leadership is also pretty connected to the people too. Like most organizations, there is a hierarchy. However, the leadership (Presidents, Chiefs, etc) are accessible and willing to listen. Benefits - pretty standard. 401k, health insurance, etc. Overall good here. Work/life balance - this sort of depends on individuals and the roles they fill. Like most contracting work, it ebbs and flows for direct contract support. I would imagine that corporate personnel may have different experiences.

      Cons

      The company is growing quickly. This means there have definitely been some process hiccups. Fortunately, leadership has been willing to be proactive. A ton of improvement just over the last 6 months. Unclear what telework will look like post-covid. Could use more diversity

      Pros

      The Core4ce (aka C4) vision for positively impacting the employees, customer, and the world is amazing! Very well thought out. The founders are dedicated and actively course correct to ensure business integrity and employee satisfaction. C4 is also dedicated to employee satisfaction and open communication. They are a growing company with a small company (town) feel - where everyone knows each other and relationships are developed and groomed. This makes for a great culture and fun place to work.

      Cons

      As with any organization out of the gate, there will be growing pains. Lots more to get organized. At least they have the right people in place to get the job done.

      Pros

      At Core4ce, it's easy to get engaged and stay motivated. I get to work on a variety of corporate initiatives that make a big difference for my colleagues and challenge me to be creative. I also have client facing responsibilities that make a big difference for national security and push me to expand my consulting skills. We are recognized for what we do individually and with our teams - and that's important to keep everyone engaged and motivated.

      Cons

      As a young and fast-moving company, Core4ce is building out the needed infrastructure just in time. Thankfully, the company's recent CMMI accreditation will help it stay focused on maturing business capabilities and making Core4ce a recognized "best place to work."
