You can get 40 hours of ot a week.

Cons

There is no structure for the inmates the do what ever they want and the higher up just let them. They change the days you work with a 2 week notice.

The pay is pretty decent, given the location. Majority of the job is incredibly easy An environment which can teach useful skills

Cons

Hours are horrible. Forced to work 16 hour shifts every time you show up. They lie to new hires about the hours The bar is very low so they hire low quality people The worst "leadership" I've ever seen at any place I've ever worked Many people (including supervisors) are very unprofessional
