Pros

Decent pay unlimited overtime easy work considering what they pay you. It's pretty much over paid babysitting so it isn't too difficult.

Cons

Inconsistent schedule constant involuntary overtime and they operate on the good ol boy system so if you aren't a part of the in crowd you're screwed.

They pay really good for literally doing nothing and they have good benefits, vacation time and that's the only good thing i can say about that job

Cons

Staff! All the admin staff have their favorites, it's so hard to move up and advance in that company unless you are a known favorite...
