Pros

If you are in the correct office, you will receive a nice offering of coffee, sparkling water, and trail mix.

Cons

Everything else. Management is confused on how to manage and set priorities. For example, not everything can be the same priority. They do not take in to account of work load or other things such as employee termination.

The Pay and hours are great as well as benefits and paid relocation.

Cons

The staff is horrible and you can be terminated at any moment .
