Pros

They give managers freedom to make their branches succesful. And act like they care about you

Cons

No feedback for managers from their supervisors. Communication with corporate does not exist, sometimes we get new info and most of the time we don't Talk to us, let us know when something changes. They are changing fees names but still charging an arm and leg for being overdrafted

Good bank, easy job, can be fun, supportive co-workers, most of management are ok to deal with besides some senior managers.

Cons

some senior managers can be difficult to deal with, but for the most part the bank is a good place to work.
